With the service being completely online, this option is ideal for those clients who love being involved in the design process and don’t mind doing a little leg work themselves.
Through an initial brief, I gather all the important design cues from you to establish the look and feel you’d like to achieve. During this collaborative 1st step, we identify your design style, select your colour palette and choose interior finishes. The goal of the mood board is to visually portray the concept for your new room whilst getting motivated and inspired.
Once we’ve identified your design style, I come up with a detailed to-scale floor plan solution that will best utilize the available space. This step bears practically in mind as I make sure you have the perfect working triangle and ample walkthrough space. All the relevant information is communicated to plumbers, electricians, and contractors to make sure electrical and plumbing points are correctly allocated. The floor plan ensures that costly mistakes for e.g., buying a dining table that’s too big, are avoided.
Working from the floor plan and referring to the mood board, I put it all together to present you with beautiful photorealistic 3D renders. The magic of 3D rendering allows you to review your new space in a more visual way before manufacturing and installation proceeds. This step helps you to identify any changes you’d like to make so that the final design is exactly what you want.
Now that you’re all set, my comprehensive shopping list with links tells you exactly where all the items in your design can be purchased. It also puts you in contact with any contractor or supplier for custom-made pieces and built-in fixtures. Happy shopping!!
